I practice primarily from an emotion-focused lens, drawing on mindfulness-based and compassion-focused therapies. I myself was a grad from CIEL in 2018 under its founder, Ishtar Beck RCC. My counselling practice, Liminal Space Counselling, was founded in 2019 and it has mirrored many of CIEL’s philosophy of community, social justice and accessibility. As for my therapeutic lens, I am trained in EMDR, Narrative, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing (Year 2).
